IATA AIRPORT RAMP SERVICES (ARS)

Airport Ramp Services approved by IATA is designed in compliance with requirements outlined in the IATA Airport Handling Manual (AMH), as well as the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) Aircraft Handling and Loading Functional Training Specifications. This course will familiarize learners and provide foundation know-how, with all tasks and skills required to serve a parked aircraft prior to its departure and after its arrival. The duties include handling passengers, their baggage, and cargo on board.
